MoQi is built in Europe, for European enterprises. GDPR alignment isn't an afterthought — it's a starting assumption.
When MoQi is deployed inside a customer organisation, the customer is the data controller and MoQi acts as a data processor. We only handle personal data on documented instructions from the customer.
Customer data is processed and stored within the EU by default. Where a customer operates globally, we agree on specific residency terms in advance.
We design for minimum collection. MoQi only sees the content employees choose to contribute — ideas, proposals, meeting summaries — and the context needed to route them to the right team.
If you’re an employee at an organisation using MoQi and want to exercise a right under GDPR (access, correction, erasure, portability), the fastest route is through your employer. You can also contact us directly and we’ll coordinate.
We use a small number of carefully selected infrastructure and AI providers. A current list is available on request and is covered by the Data Processing Agreement signed with each customer.
