When you request a demo or contact us, we receive the information you choose to share with us — typically a name, a work email, and the content of your message. Nothing more.
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, schedule a conversation, and — if we stay in touch — keep you updated on the product. We do not sell, share, or repurpose it.
When customers deploy MoQi inside their organisation, data remains under the customer’s control. Specific processing terms, retention windows, and access controls are covered in the commercial agreement signed before any production deployment.
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, correct it, or request its deletion. Email the address below and we’ll handle it promptly.
